How long does it take to make my custom sign?

Custom signs ship in 5–7 business days. We build each one by hand in our Tabarja workshop — once your design is approved, production usually takes 3–5 days, plus 1–2 days for delivery within Lebanon.

Do you ship outside Lebanon?

Yes — we ship Lebanon-wide for free, and internationally on request. Reach out on WhatsApp with your country and we'll quote shipping before you order.

Are your signs safe for outdoor use?

Yes. All our LED neon flex signs are weather-resistant and rated for outdoor use. For permanent outdoor installations, mention that when you order so we can use the right backing and waterproofing on the cables.

How do I install my sign?

Every sign ships with a pre-drilled acrylic backing, screws, and a power adapter for your region. Most people mount it themselves in under 10 minutes with a drill. If you need a wall plate or hanging chain instead, let us know.

What's the warranty?

Two years on the LED tubing and power supply — if anything fails under normal use, we'll repair or replace it free. Damage from drops, water exposure on indoor models, or modifications isn't covered.

Can I see a preview before you build it?

Yes. Use the live builder on the homepage to preview your text, font, and color before checkout. For complex custom shapes or logos, we'll send you a mockup over WhatsApp within one business day after you order.

How much power does a sign use?

Very little. Our LED neon uses 80% less energy than traditional glass neon — a medium sign costs roughly $1–2 per month to run if left on 24/7.

How do I pay?

Card payments (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay) are processed securely at checkout. We also offer cash on delivery within Lebanon — pick "Cash on Delivery" at checkout and pay the driver when your sign arrives.

Can I return or exchange a custom sign?

Accepted Answer

Standard signs from the catalog can be returned within 14 days. Custom signs (anything where you chose the text, font, color, or shape) can't be returned because they're made to order — but if there's a defect or shipping damage, we'll fix it or replace it on us.

Do you do bulk orders for businesses?

Can I dim my sign or put it on a timer?

Yes. The included power adapter has a built-in switch, and you can add an inline dimmer ($10) or a smart plug for app/voice control with Alexa or Google Home. Just leave a note at checkout or message us.

What if my sign arrives damaged?

Accepted Answer

Snap a photo before you unbox anything else and message us on WhatsApp. We'll arrange a replacement immediately — you don't need to send the damaged one back. Shipping damage is rare but we cover it 100%.
