We have a 24-hour cancellation policy: you can request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order, before production begins.

Returns

Ready-made catalog signs can be returned within 14 days if unused and in original packaging (return shipping paid by the buyer).

Custom (sign builder) designs and sale items are made to order and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If your neon sign arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello [at] neonsigns [dot] cc. Please include your order number and clear photos of the damage (both the sign and the packaging). We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you free of charge.

Non-returnable items

Custom (sign builder) designs and sale items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective. We cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (if applicable and approved), and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. However, for custom items, exchanges are generally not possible unless there is a defect.

Refunds

If a refund is approved (e.g., for a cancelled order within 24 hours), you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Warranty

24-month warranty on indoor signs, 12 months on Outdoor builds. It covers the LED tubing, power supply and manufacturing defects under normal use, and does not cover improper installation, physical damage or modifications. Report transit damage within 48 hours of delivery.

Signs are built for indoor use by default. Need it outside? Add the Outdoor build (+$25) in the sign builder.
